Our Supplier Directory is the go-to place to quickly find a great range of services across the Island of Ireland which can support the implementation the WIDE framework. This directory is a work in progress, bare with us while we build it up!
Please note: Inclusion in the supplier directory does not constitute endorsement by the WIDE team. The WIDE team do not vet the quality of the services offered by the suppliers listed nor the veracity of the information they have provided us with, to list them on the directory.
We encourage you to use your tendering process to select appropriate/quality suppliers and use this directory merely as a guide to source options. Each supplier has been asked to list the type of organisation they are, the services they offer, the regions they serve and the percentage of their staff with lived experience of disability to support your decision making. However, this information is self reported and we encourage you to do due diligence when procuring services.
If you provide services on the island of Ireland related to creating a disability-inclusive workplace and would like to be listed in this directory, please fill in the application form at the bottom of the page and we will review and consider it within 60 days.
Way Ahead Therapy
Way Ahead Therapy provides specialist Occupational Therapy assessment and support to help people thrive in work, particularly those experiencing challenges related to mental health, ADHD, autism, burnout or other barriers affecting workplace participation. Our CORU-registered Occupational Therapists offer practical, neuro-affirming workplace assessments, identifying individual needs and recommending reasonable accommodations, strategies and supports. We can support employees and employers with workplace needs assessments linked to the Work and Access Grant, helping to identify appropriate adjustments that promote sustainable employment. We also provide individual Occupational Therapy to support people to remain in work, return following illness or absence, manage stress and energy, develop effective routines and executive functioning strategies, and build confidence in the workplace.
