Welcome to the Workplace Supports Domain; you’ll find actions and guidance here specific to universally available supports, creating a supportive information sharing environment and specific supports for disabled employees.

The aim of Domain 5 is to ensure disabled employees can access the supports they need to thrive at work by ensuring they are aware of and can access general employee supports, developing a range of more tailored individualised disability supports, and taking actions to ensure employees feel safe sharing their disability status.
