Welcome to the Training and Development domain; you’ll find actions and guidance here specific to training in universal design, digital accessibility, inclusive recruitment and disability inclusion.

The aim of Domain 3 is to ensure staff have the knowledge and skills they need to play their part in delivering a disability-inclusive workplace, by ensuring disabled staff can access general company training, offering disability equality training to all staff, and mandating role based training/development in specific inclusive practices for relevant staff.
